Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 24, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 16-102, OF WINDING CREEK V, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5188, PAGES 1710 THROUGH 1763, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 59 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2400 WINDING CREEK BLVD #16-102, CLEARWATER, FL 33761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on JULY 8, 2016 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
