NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2016, and entered in 14-002208-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHRISTINE TRAN A/K/A CHRISITNE TRAN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LION TRUST; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE LION TRUST are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 07, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
