NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2016, and entered in 15-007180-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WALTER C. REED A/K/A WALTER CLAY REED, DECEASED; WALTER CLAY REED, JR. A/K/A BUTCH REED; PAULA J. WEST A/K/A PAULA WEST; SANDRA COMBS A/K/A SANDRA L. COMBS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PATIO CONDOMINIUM 1 ASSOCIATION, INC.; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HIGHLAND LAKES, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 3-E, OF PATIO CONDOMINIUM I, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 4816, PAGE 1092 THROUGH 1147, AND AMENDED IN O.R. 4856, PAGE 1731, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 63 THROUGH 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
