NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2016, and entered in 15-007180-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WALTER C. REED A/K/A WALTER CLAY REED, DECEASED; WALTER CLAY REED, JR. A/K/A BUTCH REED; PAULA J. WEST A/K/A PAULA WEST; SANDRA COMBS A/K/A SANDRA L. COMBS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PATIO CONDOMINIUM 1 ASSOCIATION, INC.; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HIGHLAND LAKES, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
