NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 11-008336-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and BONNIE S. NEWTON A/K/A BONNIE NEWTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BONNE S. NEWTON A/K/A BONNIE NEWTON; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II; FIFTH THIRD BANK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 21, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE PART OF LOT 24 LYING IN THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF THE NORTH 467 FEET OF THE WEST 237 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF PINELLAS GROVES, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLOIRDA. LESS THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE WEST FOR VONN ROAD.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
