NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 20, 2016 in Civil Case No. 48-2009-CA-021974-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ALTAGRACIA AYBAR, PEDRO AYBAR A/K/A PEDRO J. AYBAR, CYPRESS BEND AT WATERFORD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., WATERFORD CHASE VILLAGE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, JOHN DOE N/K/A ARIEL AYBAR, JANE DOE N/K/A NZULAY AYBAR, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29TH day of June, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 52, Waterford Chase Village Tract C2, PH 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, pages 1 and 2, public records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
