RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 8, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-006582-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and YVETTE JENELLE MCFADDEN A/K/A YVETTE MCFADDEN A/K/A YVETTE J. MCFADDEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK X, SOUTHWOOD SUBDIVISION SECTION 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
