Final Judgment was awarded on May 13, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-009259-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ARKADY FLESHLER; LIOUBOV LOUTSKAIA; U.S HEATING AND AIR COND., INC; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TRADEWINDS A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

UNIT NO. 2615, OF THE TRADEWINDS, A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8476, PAGE 544, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATIONS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
