NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-003464-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Delaware trustee and U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Co-Trustee for Government Loan Securitization Trust 2011-FV1 is the Plaintiff and Luis A Chacon A/K/A Luis Antonio Chacon A/K/A Luis Chacon A/K/A Luis A Torres; Rosana Chacon A/K/A R Chacon; The Unknown Spouse Of Luis A Chacon A/K/A Luis Antonio Chacon A/K/A Luis Chacon A/K/A Luis A Torres; The Unknown Spouse Of Rosana Chacon A/K/A R Chacon; Victoria Hernandez-Lopez; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Citifinancial Servicing, LLC Successor By Merger To Citifinancial Services, Inc. LOT 5, OAK PARK OF WINTER GARDEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
