NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 29, 2016, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009464-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Resurgent Capital Services, LP is the Plaintiff and Charles Kingston; Carolyn Kingston; E Trade Mortgage Corporation; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 29th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN CIT OF ORLANDO, ORANGE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 6466, PAGE 95, ID# 052428475101200, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 120, LAKE SHEEN RESERVE, PHASE 1, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 43.
BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM CENTX HOMES INC AS SET FORTH IN DEED BOOK 6466, PAGE 95 DATED 02/22/2002 AND RECORDED 02/27/2002, ORANGE COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FLORIDA.
THE COVERAGES PROVIDED BY THE CLOSING PROTECTION LETTER PRINTED ON THE INSIDE COVER OF THIS COMMITMENT ARE EXTENDED TO THE PROPOSED INSURED LENDERS IDENTIFIED HEREIN AND TO THEIR BORROWER AS APPLICABLE UNDER RULE 4-186, FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
