NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2016, entered in Case No. 08-2015-CA-000230 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for SG Mortgage Securities Trust 2006- FRE1, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FRE1 is the Plaintiff and Mario Rodriguez A/K/A Mario Eddy Rodriquez; The Unknown Spouse Of Mario Rodriguez A/K/A Mario Eddy Rodriquez; Tenant #1 N/K/A John Doe; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1622, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 12, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 1A THROUGH 1D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
