NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2016, entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-001135 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Ricky E. Sloan A/K/A Ricky Sloan; Laura A. Sloan A/K/A Laura Sloan; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Claimants; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the September 07, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1302, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION THIRTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 2A THRU 2G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
