NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24th, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002858 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2006-FM2, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FM2, is Plaintiff and Lisa Francis and William E. Francis, are Defendants, the office of Barbara T. Scott, Charlotte County Clerk of the court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 27th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 50, Block 1120, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 22, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 13A Thru 13C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
