NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-2015-CA-002589 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which CIT BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Elaine Dibello, Oyster Creek Homeowners' Association, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 70, OYSTER CREEK, PHASE TWO, PARCEL C-2, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 17A THROUGH 17G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
