NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014CA004924AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and DENNIS J. GARNER A/K/A DENNIS JEFFREY GARNER A/K/A DENNIS GARNER; CLARA E. GARNER A/K/A CLARA GARNER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; REGIONS BANK; GREYHAWK LANDING PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 6 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, UNIT C, GREYHAWK LANDING, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 162 THROUGH 197, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
