NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005825 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which COLONIAL FUND 17, LP, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER MOSKOWITZ; KAREN L. JONES; GERALD L. JONES; are defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 8th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10, LESS THE NORTH 32.4 FEET AND LESS THE EAST 47 FEET THEREOF AND ALL OF LOT 11, THE LEWIS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
