NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-005143 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., CSFB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-12, Plaintiff and Tiffany A. Bartels are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 5, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK A, BRADEN RIVER LAKES, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 191 THRU 196, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
