NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000493 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Selene Finance LP, Plaintiff and Garay Socorro are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on July 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 42, LAKE GIBSON POULTRY FARMS, INC., UNIT NO. 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY THEREOF 215 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE DEFLECT 90 DEG. RIGHT AND RUN EASTERLY 110 FEET; THENCE DEFLECT 90 DEG. LEFT AND RUN NORTHERLY 23.4 FEET TO THE BEGINNING OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT HAVING A RADIUS OF 275.2 FEET AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 8 DEG. 25'08”; RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE AN ARC DISTANCE OF 40.44 FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG A LINE RADIAL TO SAID CURVE 110 FEET TO A POINT ON A CURVE CONCENTRIC TO THE AFOREMENTIONED CURVE; RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE TO THE LEFT AN ARC DISTANCE OF 56.6 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 8 DEG. 25'08”, SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 385.2 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY 23.4 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. (A/K/A LOT 49, OF UNRECORDED MAPLECREST UNIT II)
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
