NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 26, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA004271000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-HE2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE2 is Plaintiff and TAMARA A. CONNER, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 12, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
