HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2007 AHL1 ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007 AHL1, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF J.T. CROSSLEY; MARY DEBOSE A/K/A MARY HUGHES DEBOSE; CITY OF WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA; LILLIE PEARL CROSSLEY; JANORRIS CROSSLEY A/K/A JANANS CROSSLEY A/K/A JAMANS CROSSLEY; ARTANSAS CROSSLEY A/K/A ARTANSAS DANIELLE CROSSLEY A/K/A ARKANSIS CROSSLEY A/K/A ARKANIS CROSSLEY; CHANTAY CROSSLEY; JOSEPH HUGHES; PATRICIA HUGHES; CHRISTINA HUGHES; DANNY PATTERSON; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. LOT 13, LESS THE NORTH 20 FEET THEREOF, AND LOT 14, LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET THEREOF, IN BLOCK 4, OF SILVERCREST, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WINTER HAVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 35 AND 35A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
