NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2016, entered in Case No. 2013CA-005433-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs,Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through,Under, Or Against Leander Calhoun Jr. A/K/A Leander J. Calhoun A/K/A Leander Calhoun, Deceased; Carl Oliver Calhoun A/K/A Carl O. Calhoun As An Heir Of The Estate Of Leander Calhoun Jr. A/K/A Leander J. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, MAUD MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
