NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated May 25, 2016, entered in Case No. 53-2012-CA-007336WH of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and POULIN, MATTHEW ; ENGLAND, BARBARA ; Leonard J. Fulmer; Diane Fulmer A/K/A Diane L. Fulmer; Beneficial Florida, Inc.; Db50 Hvac 2005-1 Trust C/O Service Finance Company; Sunridge Woods Association, Inc.; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, SUNRIDGE WOODS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, AT PAGES 35 THROUGH 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
