NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 26, 2016, and entered in 2015CA-004552-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-HYB5, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTFICATES, SERIES 2006-HYB5 is the Plaintiff and MARCIA E. CASTRO; ROLANDO M. CASTRO are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
