NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 24, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27 day of June, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
