NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated the June 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000975-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and Morales, Jose Emilio, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, Florida at 11 :00 a.m. on June 27, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in COLLIER, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 103 UNIT 68, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
