NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 2nd day of June, 2016, in Civil Action No. 16-CC-000241, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JOSEPH V. LUVARA and DEBORAH L. LUVARA, are the Defendants, and TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS., INC. NO. 1, a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 27 day June, 2016, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 209, of TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS., BUILDING NO. 9, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 855, Pages 350 through 381, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements, and any amendments thereto
