YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Sarasota, State of Florida, being known and designated as the South 5 feet of Lot 17, and Lot 16, less the South 15 feet, Block 1831, 38th Addition to Port Charlotte, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 5 5A and 5B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, P.A., whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
