NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, and entered in 2015 CA 001443 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL COSTA A/K/A MICHAEL A. COSTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL COSTA AKA MICHAEL A. COSTA N/K/A LARA COSTA; STEPHANIE MARIE KING A/K/A STEPHANIE KING A/K/A STEPHANIE M. KING F/K/A STEPHANIE COSTA A/K/A STEPHANIE M. COSTA; GULF GATE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 219, GULF GATE GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1669 PAGE 588 THROU 642, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 22, PAGES 17 THROUGH 17F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
