NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 7, 2016, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 2015-CA-003123-NC, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on July 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 157, DESOTO LAKES SUBDIVISION, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 Days after the sale.
