O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 30th day of June, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 54, LAKE PADGETT EAST ISLAND ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 57-59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
