Final Judgment was awarded on March 23, 2016 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-004172-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff, and JOALANN BUDDAY; JAMES T. BUDDAY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CRL PROPERTIES, LLC.; TENANT 1 NKA SHAWN SANDLIN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com on June 27, 2016 at 11:00 AM; the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 161, LESS THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 11, CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
