NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 26, 2016, entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-009687 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-QS6 is the Plaintiff and John B Velge A/K/A John R Velge A/K/A John Velge; Noelle Velge; The Unknown Spouse Of John B Velge A/K/A John R Velge A/K/A John Velge; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 30th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 2 AND THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK B, BROBSTON FENDIG AND CO'S HALF WAY ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
