DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W5, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MICHAEL S. BROWN; BILLIE R. BROWN; PEGGY JO BROWN; THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION OF CEDAR RUN, INC.; TAMMY BROWN ALBRIGHT; AMY BROWN LUCAS; MICHAEL S. BROWN, JR., are defendants. LOT 5, CEDAR RUN, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA ALONG WITH 1/38TH UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO THE LOT DESCRIBED AS: TRACT BEGINNING 881.4 FEET WEST AND 99 FT SOUTH OF NORTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 3, OF J.S. THOMAS SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND RUN WEST 122 FEET TO THE FORMER EASTERLY LINE RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF THONOTOSASSA ROAD, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID LINE A DISTANCE OF 66 FEET EAST 98 FEET AND NORTH 60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS ADDITIONAL ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR THONOTOSASSA ROAD HERETOFORE CONVEYED.
