NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-003962 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-KS9, is Plaintiff and YEIZA M. SCHULMAN A/K/A YEIZA SCHULMAN et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the C0urt will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK A, CARROLLWOOD CREEK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 5216 Creekmore Lane, Tampa, Florida 33624
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
