NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Reforeclosure dated May 26, 2016, entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-003711 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and S. David Azzam; Amy Azzam; Jpmorgan Chase Bank, National Association, As Successor In Interest To Washington Mutual Bank, Formerly Known As Washington Mutual Bank, Fa; Grand Hampton Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 30th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
