NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-017988-CA-J, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-3 is Plaintiff and THOMAS A. ROE; LINDA R. ROE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; are defendants. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
