Unit 201, Building 18, TRADEWINDS, A Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 114-116 and being further described in the Declaration of condominium filed in O. R. Book 4270, Page 1023, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with any and all amendments thereto with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
