Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 31, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF LOT 14, BLOCK 72, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE BAY-UNIT NO. FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILES IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3773, PAGE 95, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PLAT THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 9700 36TH ST, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33782; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 15, 2016 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
