SIPSMA A/K/A JANICE MAY SIPSMA A/K/A JANICE SIPSMA, DECEASED; TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 214, INC.; TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MICHELLE REARDON A/K/A MICHELLE ANN REARDON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
