NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-014020-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Amanda R. Xifaras A/K/A Amanda Brown, Brittany Park/Tarpon Trace Homeowners Association, Inc., Castlerc Holdings, LLC, Michael J. Xifaras, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. As Nominee For Bayrock Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
