NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of June 2016 and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-010900-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH2 is the Plaintiff and CARLA D. STAFFORD; EDGEWATER MANOR HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLA D. STAFFORD; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of July 2016 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 16.00 FEET OF LOT 7 AND ALL OF LOT 8, BLOCK H, EDGEWATER MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Q, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
