NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-010756-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., F/K/A JPMORGAN CHASE BANK AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2003-SD3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-SD3 is Plaintiff and JOSHUA JAMES HEATH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSHUA JAMES HEATH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MEADOW OAKS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, MEADOW OAKS SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
