NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-005635-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR1, is Plaintiff, and MARTA K. ROCHA F/K/A MARTA F. BORSATTO A/K/A MARTA ROCHA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 321, Phase III, CRESTVIEW CONDOMINIUMS, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Record Book 5238, Page 2199, First Amendment thereto recorded in Official Records Book 5279, Page 3667, and Second Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 5360, Page 1562, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
