NOTICE is hereby given that, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 29th day of June, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. EST, via the online auction site at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 45 ISLAND WALK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 71 THROUGH 74, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
