NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default entered May 24, 2016 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
