NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 11, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Martha O. Haynie, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.orange.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of August, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 3, OF CYPRESS ISLE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 71 AND 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
