NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 4, 2015, in Civil Action No. 15-CA-050892, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which BANK OF AMERICA, N. A., is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st day of September, 2016, the following real property located in Lee County, Florida:
Lots 45 through 52, inclusive, Block 35, Fort Myers Shores, Unit No. 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 26, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

COLLATERAL DESCRIPTION
All present and future Accounts, contract rights, chattel paper, documents, notes, drafts, General Intangibles (including, but not limited to tax refunds, insurance refunds, intellectual property and franchises) and returned goods. All present and hereafter acquired Machinery, Equipment, Furniture and furnishings, wherever located, including but not limited to machinery and machine tools with motors, controls, attachments, parts, tools and accessories incidental thereto. All present and hereafter acquired Inventory wherever located, including but not limited to raw materials, work in process and finished goods. All present and future Fixtures. All present and future tools, dies, drawings, blueprints, reports, catalogs and computer programs. All proceeds and products of the foregoing, including but not limited to money, deposit accounts, goods, insurance proceeds, and other tangible or intangible property received upon the sale or disposition of the foregoing. All present and future patents, trademarks and tradenames. All present and future books and records pertaining to the foregoing and the equipment containing said books and records.
Except as to inventory held for sale, the debtor has no right to sell or otherwise dispose of any collateral.
