UNIT NO. 2205 BUILDING 2 PHASE 1 OF THE CONDOMINIUMS AT WATERSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3143 AT PAGE 222 AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, ALL OF WHICH HAVE BEEN RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on IRA SCOT SILVERSTEIN, ESQUIRE, IRA SCOT SILVERSTEIN, PLLC, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 2900 West Cypress Creek Road Suite 6, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, on or before 07/20/2016 /(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
