NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2016, entered in Case No. 08-2015-CA-002064 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs,Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through,Under, Or Against Floyd Greek A/K/A Floyd Lynn Greek A/K/A Floyd L. Greek, Deceased; Chastity Marie Greek A/K/A Chastity Marie Martin A/K/A Chastity M Short, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Floyd Greek A/K/A Floyd Lynn Greek A/K/A Floyd L. Greek, Deceased; Ashley Nichole Greek A/K/A Ashley N Greek, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Floyd Greek A/K/A Floyd Lynn Greek A/K/A Floyd L. Greek, Deceased; Johnny Robert Greek, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Floyd Greek A/K/A Floyd Lynn Greek A/K/A Floyd L. Greek, Deceased; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1 ; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the July 8, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2082, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION THIRTY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 23A THROUGH 23F, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
