NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 6, 2016, and entered in 2012003297CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WALTER W. SCHRENKER AKA WALTER SCHRENKER A/K/A WALTER WILLIAM SCHRENKER A/K/A WALTER W. SHRENKER SR.; REGIONS BANK; KATHEY KREJCI; JANET VICTOR; WALTER SCHRENKER are the Defendant(s).
