NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015 001510 CA, all of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein AVAIL 2, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is Plaintiff, and EDUARDO JORGE LIMA PENA, et al, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of June, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 313, Building C, ACAPULCO LAKES, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded, in Official Records Book 3321, Page 993, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
